the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he id on the

Council r Spa th introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-396
AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS
ON INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, traffic congestion is occurring on the east and westbound lanes of
Industrial Park Boulevard due to unrestricted vehicle parking; and
WHEREAS, said congestion has restricted usage of the street and increased the
potential for traffic hazard in this area:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the installation
of "No Parking" signs on both east and westbound lanes of Industrial Park
Boulevard from Annapolis to Berkshire Lanes.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
