R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-285
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R EVISIONS TO THE P UBLIC I MPROVEMENTS P ROJECT P OLICY
AND D ISCONTINUATION OF THE P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING R EPORTS FOR P ROJECTS
P ETITIONED BY D EVELOPERS P OLICY
WHEREAS, the City frequently updates policies; and
WHEREAS, a review of the Public Improvements Project Policy has been completed and revisions
have been made; and
WHEREAS, a review of the Preliminary Engineering Reports for Project Petitioned by Developers
has been completed, and it has been determined that the policy can be combined with the Public
Improvements Project Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that revisions to the Public Improvements Project Policy are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Preliminary Engineering Reports for Projects Petitioned by
Developers Policy is discontinued.
