The following members were present: and Snap*h The following -members were absent: None 2cjlmPmjXr Nails introduced the following Resolution and move is a opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 78-394 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CHIPPEWA TRAILS 1ST ADDITION (A-498) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 12, 1977, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Chippewa Trails 1st Addition (A-498), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has comple*Qd a portion of the improvements, as noted below, and has completed the final stree surfacing, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work and the City has inspected this work and finds it to be acceptable. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $29,700.00 $ 0.00 Sanitary Sewer System 20,700.00 0.00 Watermain System 17,900.00 0.00 Storm Sewer System 16,000.00 6,600.00 Boulevard & Drainage Swale Sod 6,000.00 6,000.00 Pond or Ditch Construction 0.00 0.00 Street Signs 750.00 750.00 Street Sweeping 2,000.00 2,000.00 Park Improvements 0.00 0.00 Site Grading _ 6,000.00 3,000.00 TOTAL: $99,050.00 $18,350.00 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $18,350.00 to reflect the completed work, and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the streets are accepted for continual maintenance as of June 26, 1978.
