the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on t e

RESOLUTION NO. 78-394
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CHIPPEWA TRAILS 1ST ADDITION (A-498)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 12, 1977, Lundgren
Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Chippewa Trails 1st Addition (A-498), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has comple*Qd a portion of the improvements, as noted below,
and has completed the final stree surfacing, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the
completed work and the City has inspected this work and finds it to be acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the streets are accepted for continual maintenance as of
June 26, 1978.
