HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-391*ITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of .lune , 19_a. The following members were present: ers werehe following mee absent: Nene Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-391 RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR WEST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD -NORTH OF 28TH AVE. PROJECT NO. 846 WHEREAS, purusuant to Resolution No. 211 of the City Council, adopted April 17, 1978, and Resolution No. 78-331, incorporating the Rappaport Addition, adopted June 12, 1978; a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., with reference to the improvement of West Medicine Lake Road north of 28th Avenue by the following: 1. West Medicine Lake Road from 28th Avenue to approximately 3500 feet north by the installation of sanitary sewer main and necessary appurtenances; 2. 30th Place and Larch Lane east of West Medicine Lake Road by the installa- tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; 3. Tracts H & I, R.L.S. 599 by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, streets with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; 4. Plat 43722, Parcel 2900 and Plat 43715, Parcel 4230 by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, streets with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; 5. Rappaport Addition by the installation of streets with surmountable curb and gutter; and said report was received by the Council on June 26, 1978. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
