Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MTnneota was a on t e

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-388
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR
CHANDLER -TOPIC (A-817)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the requested lot division/consolidation of
Chandler -Topic by Resolution #78-387;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to filing
of said lot division/consolidation with Hennepin County:
1. Provision of utility and drainage easements for 6 ft. either side of the new property
line.
Cul-de-sac shall have 50 ft. radius with dedication coming from Parcel 2.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded b;
Councilmember Spaeth . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,_
Seibold and Spaeth
