Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a pt on:
RESOLUTION #78-387
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR
CHANDLER -TOPIC (A-817)
WHEREAS, Chandler -Topic has requested a consolidation and division of existing
platted parcels within the "Hemlock Lane Addition;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approvf the following
consolidation and division and that the City Manager be a�i-rhorized to make
the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the
consolidation and divisions are approvedby Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Description
44209 2000 Lot 1, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition
44209 4000 Lot 2, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition, and the north 110 feet,
front and rear of Lot 2, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition.
Parcel B
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Hemlock Lane Addition, except the North 110 feet
front and rear, Hemlock Lane Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hpat , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
