Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, MinnesotPhs"geld on the
19th day of June , 1978 . The following members were
present: Hunt_ Cnuncilmembers Hnvt, Neils and Spaeth
The following me ers w?re absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-381
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS,Steven Otis Lane has submitted an application for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for
approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors
and Transient Merchants License be approved for Steven Otis Lane to
operate a concession wagon throughout the City of Plymouth during the
summer months.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cguncilmem, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n rayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils
and Rgapth
The following vo aga nst orabstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
