Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Cauncilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-380
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses from the following
have been received by the City of Plymouth in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 6, of the Plymouth City Code:
Jim's Plumbing Service
3226 Rhode Island Ave. S.
St. Louis Park 55426
Schulties Plumbing Company
2250 Knoll Drive
Mounds View 55112
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Small Disposal System Licenses be approved
for the applicants listed above.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cquncilmemr Npils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
