The following members were present:1s and Spaeth The following members were sent: Councilmember Seibold Councilmember Hoyt__ introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-379 APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR TRAIL CONSTRUCTION DESIGN WORK (NIAGARA LANE) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has applied for and received a trail grant from the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, the trail grant is for a trail corridor adopted in the trail system plan of November, 1976; and WHEREAS, Preliminary Plans have been reviewed and approved by the granting agency (Minnesota Department of Transportation); and WHEREAS, staff is requesting funding to provide Final Plans and Specifications services from Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates in the amount of $1,530; and . WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has been appraised of the grant for the corridor. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA - that monies in the amount of $1,530 be appropriated from the Parks Dedication Fund, Community Parks Trails Account (205-000-371.02) to Construction Fund (Trails - Niagara Lane ) (401-401-810.00-843) for Final Plans and Specifications work to be done by the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates.
