Minnesota was held on the 19th ray of June 1978 . The following members were present: The following members were absent: CgUncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-376 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 902 EXTENSION OF NORTHWEST SEWER INTERCEPTOR WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted June 12, 1978, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of the following: The extension of the Northwest Sanitary Sewer Interceptor from a line parallel and approximately 500 feet east of Vicksburg Lane for approximately 1000 feet south of County Road 9 generally in a northeasterly direction for approximately 1300 feet, and The proposed project shall include installation of sanitary sewer, lateral, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on June 19, 1978, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such Sewer Interceptor extension in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the imp,Jve- ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 192, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $530,972.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of July, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
