Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. M nnesota was held on t e

Councilmember S aeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-375
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 826
10TH AVENUE FROM NATHAN LANE TO SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council, adopted December 19, 1977, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. with respect to
the improvement of the following:
1. 10th Avenue from Nathan Lane to South Shore Drive
2. Nathan Lane between 10th Avenue and 8th Avenue
by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermiain, storm sewer, and 9 -ton bituminous
street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and said
report was received by the Council on June 19, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the imp•ovement of such street
in accordance with the report ano the assessment of abutting
property for all or a porticn of :he cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statv'-es 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953.
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $865,208.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the 24th day of July, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the
City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at
7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.

Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
