Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a REGULAR meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of June 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils and Spaeth
The follow ng me ers were absent: Councilmember Sgibold
Councilmember_Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-371
REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION
TO CONNECT TO
METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION'S SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has a sewer line located on
Nathan Lane in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the property at the southwest corner of Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue must
receive its sewer service connection from said trunk line,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that authorization is requested from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for
connecting the property at the southwest corner of 10th and Nathan Lane (Plat 43736
Parcel 6450 R. L. Johnson) to its sewer trunk line located on Nathan Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt,_Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
