Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
19th day of June , 1978 . The following members were

Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-368
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR KAMPS-BORDERMAN FOR OFFICE/WAREHOUSE RENTAL BUILDING (A-825)
WHEREAS, Kamps-Borderman has requested site plan approval of a 90,000 sq. ft.
office/warehouse industrial rental structure, proposed to be located at the southeast
corner of Niagara Lane and Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Kamps-Borderman
for site plan approval of a 90,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse industrial rental
structure, to be located at the southeast corner of Niagara Lane and Highway 55,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
. 2. Provision of bond guaranteeing landscaping and private improvements termed for
18 months.
3. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $5,406.
4. Outside storage of trash and trash containers shall be prohibited and reference
thereto shall be deleted from the site plan.
5. No variances for parking setback or from the provisions of City Council Resolution
#75-206 shall be permitted and the site plan shall be modified to reflect compliance.
6. Landscape plan be enhanced by doubling of the quantity of all stock proposed;
coniferous trees to be 5 ft. in height, balled and burlapped, deciduous trees
to be 2�," calipher, balled and burlapped.
7. North access to be combined with the south access, allowing only one curb cut and
requiring continuity of the green strip with the driveway.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the
