The following members were present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Hot Nei d S The following members were absent: ounce mem er hello ttt *** *w* CouncIlWamber Sp§eth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-366 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES FOR PARK INDUSTRIAL VILLAGE (A-263) WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested site plan amendment to the Park Industrial Village site plan, i.e. for a 73,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse rental structure to be located at the southeast corner of East Center Circle; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Carlson Properties for site plan amendment to the Park Industrial Village site plan, i.e for a 73,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse rental structure to be located at the southeast corner of East Center Circle, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Landscape and paving performance bond be provided to the City for 150% of the cost of improvements, termed for 18 months. 3. Outside storage of waste, waste materials and products shall be prohibited. 4. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu for 4.78 acres of newly developed acres of $4,063 (4.78 acres X $850 per acre). FURTHER, that a variance of 46 parking spaces from Council Resolution #75-206 be granted due to the unique situation of the building being one of several under one ownership. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CoLAncil!.jgmbqr Hoxt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follcwIng voted In rayor thereof-, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils •lb The o ng voted against orabstained; Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paldeffand adopted.
