The following members were present: Vayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold **+ #tet *** Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-362 APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN AND PRELIMINARY PLAT/PLAN FOR RPUD 78-4, DC'RWOOD TRAILS FOR EDWARD JOHNSTON (A-823) WHEREAS, Edward T. Johnston has requested approval of the Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat/Plan for RPUD 78-4, Deerwcod Trails, consisting of 22 single family dwelling lots, located on the east side ,f Schmidt Lake at 47th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recamnended approval; NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M!IINESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Edward T. Johnston for approval of the Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat/Plan for RPUD 78-4, Deerwood Trails, consisting of 22 single family dwelling lots, located on the east side of Schmidt Lake at 47th Avenue North, sibject to zhP following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Park Dedication shall consist of the trail corridor (.48 acre) and fees -in -lieu equal to the Assessor's Average Market Value for .52 acre of the site at the time of final plat. 3. Renaming of "Cottonwood Lane" to a number "Avenue North" per the City Street -Naming System. 4. Dedication of storm drainage easements on lakeside lots to elevation 920.
