RESOLUTION #78- 361
APPROVING APPEAL FROM BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT DECISION FOR WAYNE GRIMSRUD
WHEREAS, Wayne M. Grimsrud has filed an appeal to the City Council of the `,'ay 16,
1978 Board of Zoning Adjustment decision regarding the property at 12725 -28th
Avenue North, as prescribed by Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed materials submitted by the petitioner and the
record of the Board of Zoning Adjsutment in this matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, overturn the decision of teh Board of
Zoning Adjustment and hereby approves a variance to allow a side yard setback of
13 ft. to allow construction of a three -car attached garage as petitioned, upon
the finding that said variance meets the terms of Section 11, Subdivision 3,
Paragraph 2d of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly p4esed and adopted,
