The following members were present: The following members were absent, Nona introduced the following Resolution and move is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-356 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WILLIAM R. JOY AND GORDON P. GOOCH CONCESSION WAGONS WHEREAS, William R. Joy and Gordon P. Gooch have submitted applications for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License be approved for William R. Joy to operate a concession wagon throughout the City of Plymouth during the summer season and for Gordon P. Gooch to operate a concession wagon for one day during the summer.
