RESOLUTION NO. 78-355
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
RICHARD CLINTON - SOUTHWESTERN BOOK COMPANY
WHEREAS, Richard Stephen Clinton has submitted application for Peddlers, Solicitors
and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for approval in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THLREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the applications for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
License be approved for Richard Stephen Clinton to sell books from the Southwestern
Book Company, Nashville, Tennessee, throughout the City of Plymouth during the
summer season.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
