Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its ad -option:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-354
RENEWAL OF CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for renewal of Cigarette License has been received
from the Griswold Coffee Company in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6,
of the Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License for the Griswold Coffee
Company be approved for the period January 1, 1978 through December 31,
1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
