Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of June , 19 78. The following members were
present: MayorCoun;ilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold and Spap1h

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 350
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 837
1978 TV INSPECTION
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
& Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No.
1, in the amount of $1246.50, to Solidification, Inc., for Project No. 837 1978
TV Inspection.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
