Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-347
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 dated May 26, 1978 for the mecanical
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen
& Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 5, Mechanical Contractor, in the amount of
$13,950.00 to Horwitz Mechanical, Inc. for City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
