The following members were present: TiiMagg Huot cilmembers Hot Neils* Seibold and Spaeth following members were sent: Nnna RRR RRR RRf Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved is tion: RESOLUTION NO. 78-333 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 809 PIKE LAKE AREA IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 77-641, adopted November 7, 1977, the City Council instructed Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. to prepare an engineering report for Pike Lake Area improvements Project No. 809 with reference to the area described as Pike Lake Sewer District PL -1, according to the Report Supplement on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, covering the area north and west of CSAR 10, south of the north City Limits and west of Goldenrod . Lane, including the Pike Lake Terrace plat by the installation of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 78-179 receiving report on March 17, 1978, and WHEREAS, on April 3, 1978, the City Council directed the consulting engineer to prepare a study of an alternate location of sewer and water improvements as requested by the residents of the Pike Lake Terrace area, and WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. has completed the study and has submitted an addendum to Project No. 809 Pike Lake Terrace Improvements and this study has been received by the Council on June 12, 1978, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer and water improvements in accordance with the study aid the assessment of abutting property for all -or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, as amended) at an estimated total cost of $1,070,000.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 17th day of July, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
