Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of June , 19L. The following members were

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 332
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, adopted May 15, 1978, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
Schmidt Lake Woods 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on June 12, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
. 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted May 15, 1978. The petitioner waives his right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted 1n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
