Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on t e

moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-331
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
RAPPAPORT ADDITION STREET IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of streets with surmoutable
curb and gutter to serve the Rappaport Addition, filed with the City Council
on the 12th day of June, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration
is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates,
Inc. and he is instructed t6 report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a praliminary way as to whether the proposed improve-
ment is feasible and should best be made by incorporating it into Project
No. 846, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
