Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a S ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
12th day of June , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent, None
r Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 329
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION
FOR DELMER WEAVER (A-457)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Delmer
Weaver by Resolution #78-328;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1) Provision of 10 foot utility and drainage easements either
side of the new property line.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Nejjs•
Seibold and Spaeth
