RESOLUTION #78-328
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISITING PLATTED LOTS
FOR DELMER WEAVER (A-457)
WHEREAS, Delmer Weaver, 18210 26th Avenue North, Wayzata, has regi_lested a
consolidation and division of existing platted parcels within the City of
Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the foilowing
consolidation and division and that the City Manager be authorized to make
the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when
the consolidation and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Description
44576 8000 Outlot B of Snyder's Pine Ridge Addition
44601 5000 Tract A, RLS 1221
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
That part of Outlot B lying northwesterly of the southeasterly 172 feet thereof
and southwesterly of the northeasterly 27 feet thereof, Snyders's Pine Ridge,
Parcel B
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1221, files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, and that part of the southeasterly 172 feet of Outlot B lying
southwesterly of the northeasterly 27 feet thereof, Snyder's Pine Ridge,
It does not purport to show improvements or encroachments.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
