HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-325OCITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Min sen ota was held on t e 12th day of June 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers oyt-,- Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following me ers were absent: None Councilmember S aeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-325 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WESTLAWN ADDITION FOR GEORGE LARSON (A-267) WHEREAS, George Larson has requested preliminary plat approval for the Westlawn Addition, located at the southwest corner of Plymouth Road (Vinewood Lane)and lst Avenue North, proposed for single family dwelling units; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of George Larson for preliminary plat of the Westlawn Addition, located at the southwest corner of Plymouth Road (Vinewood Lane) and lst Avenue North, proposed for single family dwelling units, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Redesign to eliminate Lot 8 and incorporate the land area into Lots 7 and 9. 3. Park Dedication shall consist of 10% of the Assessor's Average Fair Market Value for .45 acres, not to exceed $275 per lot. 4. Access for Lot 1 be restricted to lst Avenue North only, with permission for separate driveways for Lots 4 and 5 onto Plymouth Road. FURTHER, that a variance be granted to allow 102 ft. and 105 ft. frontages on Lots 4 and 5 respectively.
