Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on t e
. 12th day of June , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt- Gnuncilmmhars H t. NPilc, Saihnlrf and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

moved lis adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-323
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE - JAMES L. BEBUS AND BRUCE M. SHUTES
OBA FOUR SEASONS LIQUORS, INC.
WHEREAS, James L. Bebus and Bruce M. Shutes have submitted an application for
an Off -Sale Intoxicating Ligifor License to operate an off -sale liquor store
at 4200 North Lancaster Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota, 55441; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 22, 1978 with regard
to said application in accordance with Chapter III, Section 4.11 and Section
4.14 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that, subject to the approval of the State Liquor Control
Commissioner, an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License is hereby granted to
James L. Bebus and Bruce M. Shutes to operate their business known as Four
Seasons Liquors, Inc. located at 4200 North Lancaster Lane, Plymouth,
Minnesota, 55441 for a period ending January 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cpgncjlmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowIng voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers
Seibold and Spaeth
The following vote against ora sta ne ; Councilmembers Hoyt and Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
