RESOLUTION NO. 73-322 E
ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
THE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 905
FERNBROOK LANE FROM HIGHWAY 55 TO COUNTY ROAD 6
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Fernbrook Lane from Highway 55 to County Road 6
by the installation of a 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter
and including full grading, gravel base, bituminous surface, all necessa-y
drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, water main and all necessary appurte.iances,
and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed
to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council,
in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng voted in favor thereof, Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.___
and S aeth
