Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a don t e

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-322 C
ORDERING THE PREPARATION
OF A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
THE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 903
EXTENSION OF NORTHEAST SEWER INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, is is proposed to extend the Northeast Sewer Interceptor starting at
intersection of 45th Avenue North and Nathan Lane westerly along proposed 45th
Avenue for approximately 1400 feet and thence in a northwesterly direction for
approximately 2000 feet thence continuing westerly for approximately 1500 feet
to Zachary Lane at a point approximately 700 feet south of 48th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, such project shall include the installation of sanitary sewer, lateral,
street restoration and all necessary appurtenances and that all properties
benefited through this project shall be assessed for all or a portion of the
cost of improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws
1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed
to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council,
in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
