The following members were 10 presence— Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils and Seibold The follow ng me ers were absent: Councilmember Spaeth ,stir *** ,rirlt Ma or Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved lts adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-318 SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF LARCH LANE BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF 24TH AVENUE NORTH AND THE NORTH LINNE OF 23RD AVENUE NORTH (A-807) WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, property owners adjacent to Larch Lane between the south line of 24th Avenue North and the north line of 23rd Avenue North have petitioned the City Council for vacation of Larch Lane between the south line of 24th Avenue North and the north line of 23rd Avenue North, and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of June 19, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, 14900 - 23rd Avenue North, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition, and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n ravor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembgrs Hoyt.
