Moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-317
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
PALMER CREEK ESTATES 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Arnold Palmer has agreed to complete the trail grading in Palmer Creek
Estates 4th Addition to plans approved by the City, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Palmer has requested partial compensation for such grading by the
release of the remaining park dedication requirement for Palmer Creek Estates
4th Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the development contract for Palmer Creek Estates 4th Addition be
amended to release the remaining portion of the park dedication requirement of
10 $2,356 as partial compensation for completion of trail grading to plans approved
by the City.
FURTHER that the $2,356 shall be shown as an expenditure against the trails portion
of the Park Dedication Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils
and Seibold
The following vote aga ns or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pitiksed and adopted.
