Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-314
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses from the
following have been presented to the City Council for approval,
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hpit , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt.
Neils and Seibold ,
The following vote againstalainst orabstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
