Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on the
22_nd day of May , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-313
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Robert Moran Jardine has submitted an application for Peddlers.
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for approval
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Peddlers' Solicitors and Transient
Merchants License be approved for Robert Moran Jardine to sell books from the
Southwestern Company, Nashville, Tennessee, throughout the City of Plymouth
during the summer season.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember HpIt , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
