Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption,
RESOLUTION NO. 78-312
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, Dave's Sanitation has submitted an application for renewal of
Garbage Hauler License to the City Council for approval, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 14, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Garbage Hauler License
from Dave's Sanitation be approved for the license period April 1, 1978
through March 31, 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
