Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-311
APPROVING AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, Ray Sykes, III, dba Superior Ford, Inc., has submitted an
application for Automobile Dealer License to the City Council for
approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 18, Plymouth
Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITYOF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Automobile
Dealer License of Ray Sykes, dba Superior Ford, Inc., be approved
for a period from May 1, 1978 through April 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe H , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt -
Neils and Seibold
The following Mote against or abstained; None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pused and adopted,
