introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-309
APPROVING REVISED POLICY CONCERNING REVIEW OF
MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND REQUESTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has established a Policy for the Review of
Municipal Industrial Development Bond Requests, and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that additional revisions are needed to further
improve and clarify said policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the revised Policy Concerning the Review of Municipal Industrial
Development Bond Requests as submitted to this Council in the Manager's memorandum
dated May 19, 1978 be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
