Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was ie Ton tFie

present: Mayoruncilmembers Hoyt. Neils. and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-301
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "RIDGECREST ADDITION"
NICK LOSCHEIDER (A-774)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Ridgecrest Addition" as requested by Nick Loscheider,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum (April 14, 1978)
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of $5225.00.
3. Amendment of Section 14.3 of the development contract to include the
following words, "five years from the date hereof or at such time as
the outlots are either platted or sold, whichever occurs first."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
