Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22 day of May , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 300
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "RIDGECREST ADDITION" FOR
NICK LOSCHEIDER (A-774)
WHEREAS, Nick Loscheider has requested approval of the final plat for "Ridgecrest
Addition" a plat for single family residential development consisting of 19 lots
at the northeast corner of Quaker Lane and 29th Avenue North and Development
Contract therefore;
AND WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its approval;
AND WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Nick Loscheider
for final plat approval of "Ridgecrest Addition", a plat for single family
residential development consisting of 19 lots at the northeast corner of
Quaker lane and 29th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilMmber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
TollowIng voted I.n fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils and Seibold
The following vote against ora sta.ne ; None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
