CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ _special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 5th day of
June , 19 78 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Seibold
owing members were absen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-299
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1977 and
November 21, 1977, a report was prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the following:
1. Pineview Lane from County Road 47 south to Minneapolis/St. Paul
Sault Saint Marie Railroad
2. Oakview Lane and Palmer Cove Addition
3. County Road 47 from County Road 10 to I-494
4. Pineview Lane from 49th Avenue to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Sault
Saint Marie Railroad
by the installation of sanitary sewer laterals and trunk facilities (Point 12D)
to Pineview and 50th Avenue), watermain lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous
streets (9 -ton design on Pineview Lane and 49th Avenue and 7 -ton design on
residential streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities
and all necessary appurtenances; the sewer trunk facilities in accordance with
supplemental report on comprehensive sewer plan for Plymouth, MinnesotG and sail
report was received by the Council on Aprii 17, 1978, and
W►'EREAS, certain parcels in the Palmer Cove Addition were not ,iotified as required
by law, an additional hearing is in order.
NOIJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,

1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and assessment of abutting properties for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
:sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,300,542.00.

A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
19th day of June, 1978, in the Council Chambers in the Public Works
Garage Building at 14900 23rd Avenue at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve-
ment as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol owing vot 2n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Weils
and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptM.
