Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re4ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of Mav , 1978 . The following members were
present:

introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-298
SETTING CITY MANAGER'S COMPENSATION FOR 1978
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's present compensation
and performance and, as a result of that review, believes that an adjustment
is warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Manager's compensation be set at $42,000 for one year,
effective May 1, 1978.
FURTHER, that the City Manager's life insurance be increased to two times his
annual compensation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
