Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M n rota was held on the
15th day of May , 19L. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, enunrilmamhora Hnyt,Nailc, Saihn1d anti Spath
The following members were absent: None
Coungilmember Npils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-297
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRNASIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Brian Harold Hickson has submitted an application for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for approval
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient
Merchants License be approved for Brian Harold Hickson to sell books from the
Southwestern Company, Nashville, Tennessee, throughout the City of Plymouth
during the summer season.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pissed and adopted,
