Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
15th day of May , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt- Cnun�ilmpmbers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent; None

move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-296
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Allan Leonard DeMann has submitted an application for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchants License to the City Council for approval
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Peddlers, Solicitors and
Transient Merchants License be approved for Allan Leonard DeMann dba Lasco
Concessions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n Tavor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pused and adopted.
