Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
. 15th day of May , 19 78. The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-293
APPROVING GREEN OAKS EXPANSION -OPTION # 1
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Director,in a memo dated May 8, 1978, reported
on proposals to expand the Green Oaks Neighborhood Park, and
WHEREAS, the Council, in reviewing said memorandum, has concluded that the Green
Oaks Neighborhood Park should be expanded and completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff be directed to complete the expansion of the Green Oaks
Neighborhood Park in accordance with Option #1 of the Park and Recreation Director's
report of May 8, 1978.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $3,000 be appropriated from the Neighborhood
Parks Account to accomplish the foregoing work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Vo e n favor thereof. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
