Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
15th daffy of May , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moveU Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-292
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-51
REVISING PARK DEDICATION FEES
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Director has recommended revision of the
park dedication fees in accordance with the direction of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that effective immediately the park
dedication fees be revised to reflect a park dedication requirement of $275
per dwelling unit and, further, that commercial and industrial land pay park
dedication fees in the amount of $850 per acre.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager return with a revision to the
City's policy resolution establishing standards and guidelines for determining
10 park dedication requirements incorporating the foregoing changes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
