Minnesota was held on the 15th daffy of May , 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moveU Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-292 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-51 REVISING PARK DEDICATION FEES WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Director has recommended revision of the park dedication fees in accordance with the direction of the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that effective immediately the park dedication fees be revised to reflect a park dedication requirement of $275 per dwelling unit and, further, that commercial and industrial land pay park dedication fees in the amount of $850 per acre. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager return with a revision to the City's policy resolution establishing standards and guidelines for determining 10 park dedication requirements incorporating the foregoing changes.
