moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-285
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING- MISSION HILLS PARK 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council, adopted May 1, 1978, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
Mission Hills Park 4th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on May 15, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted May 1, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
