Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of May , 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hot NNgils. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-284 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT VICKSBURG AND NIAGARA LANES -HIGHWAY 55 TO 37TH AVENUE, 34TH, 35TH, 36TH AND 37TH AVENUES -NIAGARA TO VICKSBURG LANES PROJECT NO. 853 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Vicksburg and Niagara Lanes between Highway 55 and 37th Avenue North and 34th, 35th, 36th and 37th Avenues North between Niagara and Vicksburg Lanes by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb ?nd gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on May 15, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improve- ment as recommended. The consultant's report shall also consider the feasi- bility of extending Vicksburg Lane from 37th Avenue North to County Road 9, including all related public utilities.
