Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular noting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-283
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR EAST J iTILL,A (A-822)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Ernest Jwtilla by CoLvKil
Resolution N78- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Provision of utility and storm water drainage easements f ft. either side of
the new property tine.
2. Dedication to the City of storm water drainage easements over all lot area below
elevation 947.
3. Payment of all revised assessments on Parcel A.
4. All new utility stubs shall be at owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
