Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reciular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of May , 19 78 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-282
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR ERNEST JUNTILLA (A-822)
WHEREAS, Ernest Juntilla has requested lot division of existing platted property
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOAT, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and that the
City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43980, Parcel 6650 Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 CITY VIEW ACRES 2ND UNIT
To be divided into two parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lot 2, Block 3, City View Acres 2nd Unit, except that part thereof lying Southwesterly
of a line drawn from a point on the Westerly line of said lot distant 26 feet
Southerly from the Northwest corner of said lot to a point on the Southerly line of
said lot distant 336 feet Easterly of the Southwesterly corner of said lot.
Parcel B
Lot 3, and taht part of Lot 2 lying Southwesterly of a line drawn from a point on the
Westerly line of said Lot 2 distant 26 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of said
Lot 2 to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 2 distant 336 feet Easterly of the
Southwesterly corner of said Lot 2, all in Block 3, City View Acres 2nd Unit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following vote against 14:RxAMW=V. Councilmember Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a cnte .
