Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hem on the
15th day of May , 19]x. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-281
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF -INAL PLAT FOR THE STENSRUD ADDITION
FOR ALAN STENSRUD (A-774)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
the Stensrud Addition as requested by Alan Stensrud;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Park Dedication shall be fees -in -lieu on a per lot basis. The current rate of
$150 per lot is under review by the City Council; whatever rate is established
shall be used for this plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being.taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paj%sed and adopted,
